The USA Embassy in Kiev Enters the New Form for Nonimmigrant Visa Applying.

 

The embassy of the USA in Kiev enters the new application form for people, which going to obtain the US nonimmigrant visa.

 

Since February, 26th, 2010 all applicants for nonimmigrant visa of the USA, except Fiancée/Fiancé visas (for example, the temporary USA visa for the purpose of tourism, a business, employment, training, diplomatic activity and participation in exchange programs), should use the new electronic (online) form DS-160. in Embassy of the USA in Kiev

 

Form DS-160 will replace three forms which were used earlier (DS-156, DS-157, and DS-158). The new form is an important element in the global plan of Bureau of Consular Affairs of US State Department of introduction of the electronic (online) processing of visa forms.

 

To complete the new electronic (online) form DS-160, you must download a photo for the application form, to fill the application form in English and to send it by Internet. It is necessary to direct completed form DS-160 in advance, before the appointed date of interview. Then you should print one page-acknowledgement of sending of the application form and to bring it to the US Consular Department in the day of the appointed interview.
